"Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. "

"In dem schönen Ferienhaus hat man seine Ruhe, da es etwas abgelegen liegt. Der einzige direkte Nachbar ist die Vermieterin. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit tollem Pool. Von hier hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist super. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt."

"Such a beautiful and authentic villa. A setting no less than perfect for a proper stay in the Italian country side. Just a 10-minute walk from Stia and yet fully private. Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."

"Maison plutôt bien située, assez proche de Pratovecchio pour pouvoir se déplacer y boire un café ou faire quelques courses facilement, ce qui, quand on est 16, demande pas mal d’organisation. La maison en elle-même est très sympathique et bien équipée. Nous avons juste regretté que les chambres du 2eme étage nous soient octroyées plutôt que celles du bas qui étaient plus grandes et plus lumineuses, d’autant que nous avions 4 enfants de moins de 7 ans dont deux bébés. "A wonderful place for a large family gathering in the hills of Tuscany. The view is stupendous and the setting is green and peaceful. Farmhouse feel and close to nature. So much to do in the area from small local Trattoria to Arezzo, Siena and Florence. The hosts, Giuseppe and Marina are friendly and helpful and even set up a Tuscan cooking evening for us. We had 20 family members from 9 months to 91 and all had a great time. Many happy memories."
