"Room Mate Luca is an amazing place! Would highly recommend! Only a 10 minute walk to the center and/or the Duomo. Room was very cozy and clean and well set up. Breakfast was outstanding every morning. Most of all the staff at the front desk were very very helpful, personable and incredible! "Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a small kitchenette. There was a laundramat on site which was great. It us conveniently located if you have a car. The kitchenette had a small refrigerator, a mucrowave, and a cooktop. No oven. "

"Had a wonderful long weekend (3 night) stay here. It's a short, easy walk from the main tourist strip so simple to get around Florence by foot. It's also easy to get to from the airport with tram and bus to just a few blocks away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room (single room) was spacious with comfortable bed, good shower and all you need for a short break. I ate in the restaurant the first night - it's not the best space, but the food was AMAZING (beef that melted in your mouth) and the cocktail even more so. The bartender is fabulous - the service, knowledge and chat you expect from a five-star hotel in the middle of London or New York. The last night I ate at a nearby local restaurant - there are plenty of choices if you're willing to be adventurous and not looking for a 'tourist trap' restaurant but something more authentic and traditional. If you're looking for fancy luxury hotel, this isn't the place for you. But if you want a comfortable stay, in a clean hotel with friendly staff, and in an area that is away from the chaos of too many tourists but still easy to get around from, at a great price, this is a wonderful choice. I would definitely stay here again. "
