"The WiFi was dire the farther the room was away from the lobby (my phone had 3.6 MBps down and 0.41 MBps up!), which was a challenge for my purposes. The shower pipes also made a very high pitched scream for a good 5 minutes (though the bath was wide and long and large), and the microwave was dead on arrival but they replaced it when I mentioned it.
