"Hotel doesn't have 24/7 front desk service, but it is ok for me. However, if front desk is closed, wheelchair customers do not have access to elevator. If you are not fit to walk steps, this hotel is not for you. All above is understandable as you cannot modify historical building. Anyways, I find this hotel be very cozy and I will be staying there again next year. Thank you again. "

"The hotel is in wonderful, quiet garden. The breakfast was excellent. Online check in was not too complicated. The only thing i would mention is that the beds are rather small and very firm."

"I had a lovely stay here, couldnt fault the hotel at all! Yes as some have said the interior is a bit dated and theres no lift, but being 100% honest that never bothered me at all. I love the quirky layout inside and the fa t my room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy and the food at brekkie was more than enough, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
