"Very nice hotel in an excellent location that is perfect for seeing the old town square, the main sights, close to the Charles bridge etc. Loads of shopping and dining opportunities close by. "Lovely hotel in a great location, friendly and helpful staff. I would happily stay in the hotel ahaij because of the location and comfort of the hotel and nuce staff. My biggest issue is the shark in the tank, it has no room and is just constantly repeating the same movement and is in there alone. "We had a really good stay. Room was a good size and perfectly clean. We had breakfast one morning which was of a good quality. Our only gripe was that we were only offered one key. Reception offered for us to leave with them but that didn’t help when one person went to bed early as it meant we had to bother reception to let us in as our friend had the key in the room after letting himself in. "

"This place was perfect for my travels. We were a group of three and they had accommodations that allowed everyone to have their own bed. The spa was wonderful & the breakfast had a large variety. It was not too far from the train station either!"

"We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. It's stunning from a distance and up close. You can see it from the road; it's an impressive manor. The staff were very polite and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was lovely, with vaulted ceilings and doors, and you feel like a king. The restaurant was very nice, and the food incredible and worth the money. Breakfast was fantastic and there was a lot of variety. Would stay again."

"Very spacious and modern room. The house keepers always clean up the room after you leave your room for breakfast which feels good to come back to the tidy room. The mineral water are supplied on daily basis. Just that the room is not really sound proof as advertised. Overall satisfied with the property. "

Winter visit 2024

"Hotel doesn't have 24/7 front desk service, but it is ok for me. However, if front desk is closed, wheelchair customers do not have access to elevator. If you are not fit to walk steps, this hotel is not for you. All above is understandable as you cannot modify historical building. Anyways, I find this hotel be very cozy and I will be staying there again next year. Thank you again. "

Beautiful house and location

Great hotel even if a bit dated!

"I had a lovely stay here, couldnt fault the hotel at all! Yes as some have said the interior is a bit dated and theres no lift, but being 100% honest that never bothered me at all. I love the quirky layout inside and the fa t my room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy and the food at brekkie was more than enough, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Iil was very impressed and would def stay again if in Litomerice"
