"Over all the stay was good. I’m not a picky person with hotels/motels/inns. The are was easy to get too. Check in was quick and easy. Host was nice. However, Lots of dead bugs under the beds and in some drawers, didn’t see any live ones which was good. "

"I'm inclined to try and keep this place a secret so it's available still and at a reasonable price next time we are in Birmingham but this little gem deserves the good review. There was not much information online about this "hotel" but the photos and reviews I did find gave me enough confidence to book and boy was it worth it. "For the price and meeting my basic needs: cleanliness, comfort, conveniency, friendly staff, I found American Inn an excellent place to stay. When the TV did not work it was fixed without delay. I will definitely stay with them again."
