"Everything was very good for this riad. The location was great, although you might get some street noise depending on the room. The room was more like a suite, with a separate sitting area. The shower and the staff were fantastic. The only knock was that the internet was very poor- pretty much unusable. Other than that, exceeded expectations. "

"The location was perfect, and easy to find. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Communication through Vrbo is extremely frustrating. We could not contact the host until just two days before our visit and that added stress to our making travel plans. Once contact was established, our host was very helpful."

"Very unique property next to very beautiful streets great for picture taking. Short walk to plaza or taxi center. Food is best in plaza square. Some things were disappointing. I scheduled a taxi pick up with Mohammed from the airport in Tanger days before. He confirmed and told me the name of the driver. I provided flight information. Tanger is two hours away and when we arrived there was no transportation as promised. I called Mohammed ahout 10 times in whatsapp and he never picked up....

"This property is hard to find so pay a guy when you get out of your taxi 10 diraham to help find it, it’s worth it. The staff were new but helpful. The Essaouira room had character but no view. It is December and there is no heat so it is very cold. The upstairs balcony view is absolutely stunning and makes this hotel a 5 star. Breakfast was delicious and the woman who served us is very kind. "
