"Outstanding 1 night stay, nice location, beautifully presented B&B property, inside is of the highest quality, beautifully decorated, large comfortable bed, everything you need is provided in your room and everything is immaculately clean. The only inconvenience for me is I would have preferred a late check out by 11 or 12 not 10...and breakfast to be served until at least 10 am...Being away and off work I wanted to sleep more in the mornings and have this flexibility to not wake up 8 am and breakfast to be served just between 8.30-9 am "

"No heating and cheap duvet = freezing cold unable to sleep. No bedside table or bedside light. No seating or "work/eating desk". Small sink in bathroom too small to fill kettle, no plug in sink. Only one light switch in the room (by the entry door). Good mood lighting but got the impression that hourly rates might be available! Didn't stay for breakfast ..... "

"The inside is room reception & dining facilities were all excellent. However, aaI marked the area around the property down to 4 star owing to state of the smoking area in front of the hotel. It was dirty with stamped our cigarette buts and spilled drinks. It would be better sited around the corner in the car park."
