"Tolle Lage, sauber, großer Balkon. Frau Sonnenkalb war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist aber sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Unter anderen gab es auch extrem klumpige Kissen, gebrochene Wäschetrockner, nur 2 Wassergläser bzw. Weingläser (obwohl die Wohnung für 4 Personen beworben ist). Völlig gemischte Geschirr, Besteck, Stühle, was kein guter Eindruck macht. Wenn das Klappbett runter ist, kann man gar nicht durch die 2 Betten laufen, wir haben rüber klettern müssen. "Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so that’s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking. "

"The apartment was clean and practical with everything we needed. Only two minor points: the pillows are low quality and very thin, and the main ceiling light in our room didn't work, even after I asked reception to check it and replace the light bulb if necessary. But overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and very convenient for the tram into town, supermarkets etc."

"Every two weeks I travel to my property in Italy and Basle is the perfect midway point from Calais so to find the Carathotel in the perfect location just off the motorway with a large free car park is fantastic.Always friendly staff (even during Covid)large rooms with the very much appreciated bathtub.But as others have mentioned the breakfast choice and quality is my main reason for staying there. I think it offers incredible value for money also."
