Hotel staff friendly and very helpful.The hotel is a little further away from the centre of Vienna but an Underground is 5min walk away,and is 4/5 stops away from the Opera house. The garage is right next door to the hotel with access into the hotel but is not run by the hotel. €40 per 24hrs. Take special care parking on weekdays in Austria usually weekends are free. Hot drinks were very expensive everywhere."

"Lovely hotel in excellent location 5 minutes walk from underground , across the road from Schonbrunn Palace gardens . The room was clean and modern we had a balcony which was nice. Sauna faculties were good but be ware if you are offended by naked men there were plenty of them must be the culture . Staff on reception where really nice and helpful .
