"House was perfect for out 4 couple weekend. We were in town for a Birthday Bash at a friend’s house. The location was great for restaurants and the breweries. Sunrise over the lake was magnificent with a hot cup of coffee. Would recommend for anyone. I am sure summer would be a great stay. "

"We loved our 2 week winter stay at Greg's home. It was clean and designed very pleasantly. Greg made sure we had any question answered quickly even how to get the TV to pull up the Super Bowl game! There was great care in providing the small things like some spices and condiments as well as necessities like hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels, kitchen storage bags etc to get you started. "The Tuscany Villa was tastefully decorated. There was something for everyone to do. The game room was in a detached garage and most time was spent in there. The house was big enough that we older folks could stay on the main level and not hear the kids in the basement. The hot tub was wonderful! Only thing lacking is a bathroom in the upstairs (3rd floor). "

"This is our second time this year staying at this property. It is one of the best pet friendly, water front homes on Lake Norman. The house is spacious and perfect for a family to spread out. We were there for a long T-giving weekend and watched the Michigan/Ohio State football game on the big screen tv. The lake views and sunsets are not to be missed. "We were in town for a wedding. The house and cottage were great. Cottage was not as well equipped as the big house. Minor nuisance was that there were two trash cans in the kitchen which didn't open. A concern for the owner could be that the water nozzle in the fridge for water was broken which could be a problem for the owner. Overall it was a very good rental for our family. "

"We arrived during a foggy , rainy night ! When we entered the property we were very pleased with the home itself ! The next morning was sunny and opening the blinds brought an amazing view of the lake . Our overall stay was wonderful ! We plan to return ! "

"This house is a great place for a getaway. We gathered for Christmas and it was so nice to be greeted by three Christmas trees in different rooms of the house, along with exterior holiday lights!. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, kayaks and a paddleboard. Nice streets around to go for long walks."
