"The staff were attentive and always there to help, without being overbearing. Pool on the 5th floor was high enough to be quiet enough and not too windy, and the gym was well equipped and spacious with bluetooth headphones. It would be great if the spa offered sauna and steam room. Stayed in the exec suite which has ample space to relax on a solo trip. "The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend. "

"It makes for a good quick stop before or after a flight, nice and dark for sleep, quite quiet, but is a budget hotel. Breakfast this time was MUCH better than last time but we got to have it just after it opened with few customers to compete with."

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...
