"The communication with the host was smooth and on time. Check-in and check-out process went just fine although we forgot to empty the dishwasher which was on the list. Sorry! Location is very nice and quiet, there are a lot of trees outside which we like. The actual apartment was cozy and clean but definitely due for renovations or at least some updates. "The wife was as sweet as pie. If we had one complaint it would be not to have her husband do the check ins. For the amount of money you spend for the stay he was very off-putting during meet and greet. Almost as if we should feel privileged to be on his property. I highly recommend this place as long as you can look past the husband's crankiness."

"Excellent property for extended family. Property was clean and well maintained. It comfortably slept our family of 7 adults and 6 children under the age of 8. Bunk room is a loft with windows without shades so you might consider bringing black out curtains for two windows. Convection feature on oven didn’t work and the plow person never showed up. Tap water had bad smell and taste. None of these things affected our trip- we still had a great time and loved the hot tub and basement game room. "
