"No hot water! Never saw staff on site until I left on Friday morning. Staff did not understand any english. Immediate area was creepy and industrial. Wifi was acceptable. Strange room / had a metal stair case between 2 small areas. NO HOT WATER!!!!!!!!!!! "

"The entrance of the hotel is in a dead end. This part is a very very little scary. But the rooms, general cleanliness and the location is perfect. You can walk every place from the fortress, Nicole Tesla Museum, Sava and the eating places. JUST CENTER OF ALL. I would prefer again."
