"So peaceful and quiet and everything has been so well thought out. The bed was so comfy, and the addition of the electric heater in the bathroom was perfect; it made the hop over the to the toilet in the middle of the night bearable. It’s open year round so we’ll definitely be back when it’s colder and we can have the fire going! Wendy was absolutely lovely when we arrived and our daughter made a new friend in her wonderful dog."

"Booked as a surprise for my partner. Arrived after dark which made it feel even more special as felt so secluded and added to the element of surprise. It was amazing to wake to the snore of the pig and the calling of the cute little donkey! The bed is super comfortable, the duvet literally hugs you! Was such a special little break away. "There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) However, the owners were extremely apologetic and very friendly and welcoming, they even gave us a bottle of prosecco for any inconvenience. "The property was easily located and check in on arrival was easy too. The hut is beautifully presented and offered everything you need for a stay and more. Located on Romney Marsh, the area is stunning with views for miles. The sunset at this property is something to behold. The sheep and chickens are very friendly and added to the experience. "The most idyllic cosy weekend retreat. We absolutely loved our stay fully immersed in nature with just the sound of birds, rain and the crackling fire in our cosy shepherd’s hut for the weekend. Breakfast in bed was perfect thanks to the supplies Becca kindly left for us. Watching the sunset and moon rise against a sky full of stars each night was also very special. We will definitely be back! Thank you "

"The property was very clean and well maintained, but the walk down from the car park to the hut site was a bit of a trek, and very badly maintained owing to the fact it was a public footpath , and the access path through the gate was very precarious other than that it was an excellent base for Leeds castle and other attractions,the accommodation was in excellent order and very peaceful."

"We totally loved our stay from start to finish. The horsebox is beautifully and thoughtfully kitted out and the location and outside bath are amazing. Becky was a brilliant host. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be going back again as soon as possible. "

"The cottage was brimming with character, featuring exposed beams, original stone walls, and vintage decor, the cozy fireplace was the perfect touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.The host was exceptionally welcoming. Location was perfect as well! Highly recommend!"
