"I would definitely stay here again. Very, very clean facilities. It looks like it has recently been renovated. Rooms were comfortable. A large kitchen and dining area, as well as a large game room. It was close enough to walk to town. I highly recommend staying here. "

Auf einer grosszügigen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge kann der Abend ausgeklungen werden. Das Frühstück wurde reichhaltig und liebevoll im privat genutztem Kamnzimmer angerichtet. "Alpenhotel Allgau has a good location in Schwangau, close to the Neuschwanstein Castle, Hohenschwangau Castle, Museum of the Bavarian kings. The rooms were small and the beds were rather hard. The breakfast was a essentially a continental breakfast of rolls and coffee. The signage is poor and the entrance is hard to spot. Check in was easy but checkout was difficult because their credit card processing machine didn't work and had to be re-started.I wouldn't stay there again but rather will plan...
