"We loved the amazing view. Fortunately the neighbours did not smoke so that we could use the balcony and open the windows. Strange that people in principal are allowed to smoke on the balcony, there should be no ashtrays. We expected to pay the hotel fee in the hotel and put Euros on our cash card, but then the hotel already charged our credit card before we checked in, so that we had to pay the card fee and use an unfavorable exchange rate. Except, excellent service and a great place to stay."

"We had a fabulous week at the Apartments Brietach. The apartments have everything you need, and are very good value for money. It is situated in a valley with wonderful mountain views. The owners, Astrid and Stefan, are delightful, as are their staff. Their beautiful Biernese Mountain dogs makes it a home from home for any dog lover, and dogs are welcome guests. "The apartment was fairly small with no sitting room or area, just bedroom with tv, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful but we had 2 oroblems there. We couldn't get the cooker to work, it wouldn’t turn up or down, the alarm was always going off when we hadn't set it and then the whole cooker turned off and wouldn't reset.
