"The house and surrounding property is lovely, the view is amazing and peaceful. While we didn't use the firepit area, it is welcoming with seats and a swinging bench. The highway noises quickly became background sounds and were barely noticed. The master bed was very comfortable and the back deck was nice to relax on and read a book after a good day of hiking the Red River Gorge. Try Miguel's Pizza, down by Natural Bridge Resort Area - the vibe reminded us of White Duck Taco in Asheville and the pizza was outstanding. Don't underestimate the 3/4 mile road to get to the property - we had AWD in a crossover vehicle and did not have any problems. We got excellent hiking advice from Rita at the Powell County Visitor's Center."

"To a jeep ride down to cabin. Went and done some riding and sightseeing. Done some mild trails. Shot some pool. Hung out on the deck. Was a great place to stay. "
