Summary:
This prestigious chalet, built in 2023, is located in the Memphrémagog estate on LE LAC, in the heart of the Eastern Townships. A 2-acre site with a stream and navigable access to Lake Memphremagog, by rowboat, kayak or canoe. (If the water level allows it).

Scandinavian in style, particular attention has been paid to design and architecture as well as to the choice of materials. Sleek, authentic, functional and warm, the Persée chalet offers three comfortable bedrooms opening onto two living rooms with incomparable brightness.

Everything to relax you. Imagine relaxing in the calm of its covered terrace after a detour to the spa and sauna. And for athletes? A gym awaits you with an incomparable view of the forest.

A few minutes walk from the chalet, a path on stilts, with observation areas gives access to Lake Memphremagog.

Hébergia is committed to respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. For this reason, parties are never allowed in our chalets, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your contract. We also kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful stay for everyone.

Perfect getaway for families
This amazing property is situated on a beautiful lake with boardwalk access to the lake with a short walk.this house has everything from a family perspective with proximity to markets and magog city restaurants. The views from this ultra modern house were amazing and we even had a few wildlife sightings. The only con probably applicable to short summers is that it would have been nice if the AC was centralized or there were fans in the rooms. It got a bit hot especially on the top floor. Small con for an otherwise perfect house.
