Luxury House in the Cavendish Area with Pool, Hot Tub and Air Conditioning

Discover luxury at its finest with the Lyle Lane Vacation Home! Nestled atop a hill overlooking the scenic Stanley River, this five-bedroom retreat offers an array of desirable amenities to enhance your stay including a heated pool, hot tub and air conditioning.

The large wrap-around deck offers plenty of room for family fun and entertaining. The outdoor area also includes a fireplace, outdoor shower, hammock, Big Green Egg charcoal barbecue, and propane barbecue. The spacious lawn provides ample space for games and relaxation.

The main floor living room features large windows, an entertainment system, and a cozy propane fireplace. The custom designed kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The main floor bathroom is accessible with an accessible shower and in-unit laundry.

The upper level features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bath with a whirlpool tub and shower, as well as a loft sitting area with a private deck with views of the river.

The finished lower level includes two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath with a tub and an entertainment room which includes a television, air hockey table and various boardgames.

Our vacation home is the perfect location for fun and relaxation! Local attractions include an oyster bar and boat launch (2 minutes), Cavendish Boardwalk (7 minutes), Shining Waters Family Fun Park (9 minutes) National Park Beaches (10 minutes), as well as various cafes, restaurants, artisanal shops and golf courses.

Enjoy convenient community access to the Stanley River at the end of Lyle Lane, just a short 2-minute stroll away.

The property is designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Please note that the pool is only open from mid-June until mid-September, depending on weather condition.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nautical Star. Accomodations were very comfortable and it was great that the kids could have their own space. The pool and hot tub were well-used. Location was fantastic, just a few minutes drive from the dunes at Cavendish beach, a number of golf courses, restaurants and all things Anne. One minor note: make sure to follow GPS directions for the final turn, as the street sign is missing.

Home was beautiful, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub , weather was a little rainy so didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Lost anchor , Turkey tavern and Blue mussel cafe were all excellent places to eat. Was pretty surprised that it costs 50.25 to get off the Island, more surprised that the locals have to pay it 😢

This house was all we could have asked for. Beautiful private property. We experienced luxury . We were 10 people, aged 11 to 80 and all felt we were in a special place. Easy access to any where on the island. Owners were available when needed and totally non intrusive.

The property was just as listed. A beautiful home with lots of space to spread out. The hot tub, outdoor fireplace, bbq, etc., and ample deck areas were perfect for our group.Weather was too cool for the pool… but it was available if we had wanted to use it. The property was private and the house was supplied with everything we could ask for. Duane was pleasant to deal with and even provided welcome treats. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing week! The purpose of our stay was to introduce our daughter's fiancée to our PEI side of the family and the Island itself. The location to everything was convenient and a trip to Charlottetown resulted in a wedding dress. PEI family came and went and enjoyed ourselves immensely!!! This property was perfect for our family! We had terrible weather (lots of rain), but were able to make the most of it and enjoy the Hot tub. Outstanding home and location!
We have been using VRBO for quite some time now, and this property is right at the top with regard to our experiences (all of which have been really good). It is in a perfect central location to see all of PEI. It is lovely and quiet. There is everything you could need and then some. The pool is actually heated (without some separate charge). The house is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool and large hot tub. Duane, the owner, was very nice and quick to reply. We would be absolutely delighted to stay at this property again!

Overall, we were pleased with the property. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub; found the kitchen to be well-equipped and a pleasure to work in; and particularly enjoyed the location near Stanley Bridge. We were disappointed that the view of the water shown in the pictures actually wasn't there--at least not from the main deck area. We never did locate the correct kayaks or a safe dock from which to launch them. We have some suggestions, but they seem moot at this point. We'd certainly recommend the property--it was great to have our dog and room for friends to join us.

A little heads up would have been nice
This is a beautiful place but the pool was out of service. It would hve been nice to know or even an out of order sign put up.1 coffee filter for 3 nights but the owner brought over an open package for us. Asked for more wood on second day and got it but if we wanted more we would have to buy it ourselves. Dishwasher was leeking down the front. No shampoo or conditioner bring your own but they had hand soap.overall it wasn't bad just wish it would have been cheaper a night without the pool working.
