Then when we arrived, the cottage had not been cleaned from the previous guests, dirty kitchen, bathroom, linens, etc. Local property managers were unable to send someone that night and promised to send someone in the morning, but did not. After additional follow up they finally sent someone to clean the property 22 hours after our original check in time. Complained to...
