Location is conveniently located right off the 101 highway at Shoreline Blvd. I thought the staff was friendly and the check-in/checkout process was very fast. The decor and design is modern with hanging plants and vertical plantings. Stayed in December and the hotel was really decorated up for the holidays."

"We checked in very late after a late arrival at the airport and were greeted warmly, and then very efficiently set up with our room keys and offered hot tea and hot chocolate. The room was clean and lovely and had a great view. We left our luggage in a locked room behind the front desk the following day and explored San Fran before heading back to the airport."
