"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was nice to have a patio and a view of the mountains while eating a delicious breakfast. They were able to book our Zugspitze tickets which was helpful as the website was confusing. We were lucky to have a beautiful day. They said to wait and see if you can see the mountains in the morning, and if you can then come to the front desk and they'll book your tickets. Make sure you give yourself the whole day. It is amazing and quite an adventure!"

"The hotel has an amazing view, my room, sauna and restaurant. The restaurant has a processor and provide fresh veggies to be made into juice which is a wonderful delight. Only wish the hotel can provide more towels I went to the service point room to get more towels "

"Stayed with family at this hotel in April 2025. We had a great mountain view from our "maxi" room. The room was very spacious and clean, Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a large selection and was very tasteful. I would definitely stay here again."

But what really stood out to us was the wellness area. The spa at Das Innsbruck is a hidden gem—two full floors of sauna, steam room, relaxation space, and a pool, all included for guests. One level is textile-free (European-style), the other is family-friendly with swimwear. After days of sightseeing and traveling, being able to unwind in the sauna with mountain views was incredible. This hotel strikes the perfect balance of city access and alpine relaxation. Whether you’re visiting Innsbruck for the adventure or the atmosphere, this place nails it. Highly recommend."
