"Our stay was fabulous!! The cabin was stocked with all the essentials including soap, shampoo, all the pots and pans, fresh bags, and paper towels. It was very clean and worked well for our family of 4. We were able to cook dinner there and save money on eating out. We went fishing in the lake, but didn’t see anything or catch anything. If you are visiting the ark or creation museum, I highly recommend staying here! One down fall would be the highway being so close and the helicopter landing pad...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were allowed our 2 family dogs and the quietness was wonderful. The hosts were very accommodating and were very considerate. It snowed our last night there and they contacted us to let us know there was no hurry to check out if we were concerned about the roads. The cabin is so historic, which I truly enjoy. The cabin is located near several of the distilleries we were visiting. It is well stocked! The internet was very iffy but it gave us some great family...

"Cabin was clean and hosts were very responsive with any text message questions. As stated in other comments the area leading to the cabin was a little sketchy but once at the end of the road you are around 2 other nice cabins and another well kept home. We would definitely stay there again if we ever are pass through. Only 20 mins from the Ark encounter so very convenient if that is your destination. "

"We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It is even better in person. Very clean and well stocked with gorgeous views from the front porch. The hosts even provided fresh eggs and butter in the fridge. We saw animals daily right behind the cabin and our corgi really enjoyed all the freedom to roam on the farm. Tim and Maureen are hands down the nicest hosts I have ever encountered at a VRBO, I cannot recommend them enough. I would definitely stay here again."

"We loved our stay! Our pup had the best time and the kids loves the rustic cabin. It was cold but we knew that going into it and were dressed accordingly. The heater kept it warm with the door shut. Our dog was very happy while we were at the Ark for the day. The host is wonderful and vet accommodating. He made sure the heater and the lights were on since we arrived in the dark. Super cute property we would love to return!"
