"The condo was perfect for our needs. Location right downtown near shops and restaurants and about a mile from UNCG! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of street parking. It was nice to have laundry in the apartment. We would happily stay again!"

"This place is in the best possible location in town. beautiful, friendly neighborhood with great restaurants and shops just outside the front door. The apartment is very sparsely furnished from Goodwill. The bed is basically a mattress on the floor with a very strange surrounding frame thing. there are 2 windows in the bedroom that look out at the dated building electrical connections. there are no other windows. the most important feature of this place is the very dated, dirty smelly old...

"The room was cute and clean. The plumbing in the bathroom was needing to be replaced but was functional. Overall it was fine for the couple of nights I was there.."

"They did not provide check in details. Did not respond to myself or Vrbo staff for hours. Day of 1 hour before reservation time tried to call me and say they had to cancel my reservation cause they “overbooked”. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM!"

"The staff and service at this hotel was amazing! Everyone greeted us with smiles and a happy attitude. We asked for more towels and the staff said he would need to run next door to their “sister hotel” to grab some extras and he was back within 10 minutes of our request. We will definitely keep this hotel on our list to stay at for future trips. "
