"The room had a foul odor when I first walked it. Good enough I took my disinfectant spray from my car to reduce the odor and maximize the air conditioner. The following morning odor was gone. "

"I was charged $50 on top of the price for a security deposit, which is typical and not that big of a deal. However, when I checked my bank account that evening, I was charged 2 more $50 fees. So basically a total of $150 on top of the hotel fee. I went to the front desk in fhe morning to address it. She was polite and understanding, and immediately refunded me one of the $50 fees. "Great location for museums and Hermann park. Not many dining options nearby but hotel restaurant was fine. Room was very nice, we had a balcony room. However there was some noise from the public transportation system which runs along the road by the hotel"

"I have no idea why this place is rated a 2 Star hotel. This place is great. The best part, by far, is the bartender. He goes by “T”. A true professional, gentleman, mixologist, and vibe creator. I was here for work and literally looked forward to hanging with “T” after 14 hour days."

"Hotel was well updated. It is an older building but the renovations are excellent. Small size rooms but they are very comfortable. Nearby restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. "
