On arrival the welcome drinks were great addition along with the guest cards that provide free transport and chocolate on departure!! Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a double room, 405. "Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)"
