"We loved this hotel. Stayed 5 nights. Very convenient location, in terms of proximity to the hotspots in Florence. Far enough away though, to not have to deal with any major hustle and bustle that we would have seen closer to the city center. Service was fantastic, the front desk staff was very helpful. The room was a little on the small side, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs Breakfast options were top notch, and the bar/restaurant staff was first class all the way. If I had to find something to critique, it would be the shower. The water temperature would "cycle", for lack of a better term..... every 10-15 seconds, you'd get 1-2 seconds of extremely hot water. Truthfully, I'm not even sure what they could even do to fix that. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend."
