I had the room on the top floor that is up a spiral staircase, but i was helped with my suitcase up, but people with mobility issues may struggle. Also the ceiling is very low,l in that room. but that was no issue for me! Overall one of the best b and bs i hsve stayed in, also in an idesl location for exploring florence!"
