"Hotel Review: Fairfield Marriott, Anjuna, Goa I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairfield Marriott in Anjuna, Goa, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and local charm. Its location is ideal for exploring the vibrant culture and stunning beaches of Goa. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service I received from the staff. In the restaurant, Mukesh Singh, Sabaji, and Shachim went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made every meal enjoyable, and they were always ready to recommend local dishes and specialties. The housekeeping service, led by Mr. Jay, was also commendable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, everything about my visit to the Fairfield Marriott was outstanding. From the warm hospitality to the excellent facilities, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Anjuna, Goa. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so special!"

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, thanks to the helpful front desk staff—Yashvini, Rahat, and Moon Moon—who made sure everything went smoothly and efficiently. The room itself was incredibly spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, reflecting the newly built property’s commitment to quality. The staff throughout the hotel were not only professional but also extremely polite and courteous, making us feel welcome at every turn. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The spread was absolutely impressive, offering a wide variety of both Indian and continental options, as well as a live counter for fresh dosas and eggs—something for every taste. "Amazing stay at Westin Goa! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the view, and great food at the restaurants. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their amazing Indian hospitality. "I have to say, the property looks nice. The staff smiles at the entrance. We checked-in to a Premium Cottage room and realised it was unbearably hot, even with the air conditioning operating at peak. It had high ceilings because of a beautiful design but totally inconvenient and uncomfortable. We would not have survived in the room for the 2 nights we needed to stay at this property and instead of making a fuss about something that cannot be rectified. We asked to upgrade to the highest category - a two bedroom villa. The aesthetics in the villa were flawless - the furnishings tasteful, the linen was ok and we had a vast balcony. However, the service and amenities were a hit-and-miss. The service staff was very very young-looking, possibly just out of college and earnest, hard-working but utterly devoid of finesse or professionalism. There wasn't any/enough cutlery in the kitchen racks, the glasses were few, the water-bottles even lesser! These were stocked on demand. The loos/bathing area was clogged due to staffers (at the hotel) using them just before we checked-in and was resolved only after repeated requests. We then ordered dinner which the same staff got - same staff for Housekeeping and same for IRD service. They came with a tray with food covered in foil (like a 3-star hotel). No serving spoons. No cutlery was stocked in the kitchenette still. Food at high-tea was stale. Many many issues - all to do with lack of professionalism. Great potential though."
