"Cedar Cottage is in an excellent location to get away from everything. A bit of a cross between glamping and camping due to the openness of cabins. More for the Sierra Club crowd and less the St. Regis crowd. Stayed with my daughter for 4 days in June and loved it. "Our stay at Tropical Hideaway was amazing. We booked it after our reservation on Union Island was destroyed by Beryl and were blown away by the whole experience. Martin and Julie live on site and provide all the extra touches you don't expect with a VRBO property. "Steps from the water with Fabulous Views. The Cottage has very comfortable beds with AC in both bedrooms. The Kitchen is stocked with all appliances, coffee pots, microwave, cooking utensils etc.. Perfect spot for sitting outside under the covered area or on the loungers for early coffee or sundowners for sunsets. Managing staff always quick to respond if we needed anything. A little Bequia Gem and walkable to restuarants, grocery, bars, beaches and more."

"The title says it all. You don't often come by a place on VRBO where the actual place is better than the pictures, but this is one of them. The view is unreal and the host really has thought of everything for guests to get the most out of staying on Bequia. The housekeeper was lovely but the toilets were not working for over 48 hours as the water tanks were not filling properly, they need to add instructions to boil the water as it is rain water and not safe to drink so we were boiling water each day, the setting is between dilapidated buildings and a fisherman's boat repair shop.
