"The room was very nice, well decorated, clean, and very quiet, in a very nice village with just enough restaurants (some really nice ones) and tourist shops but out of the flow of over-tourism. It is important to have a car to get there."

"The staff were so caring and extremely helpful. My husband had food poisoning and they helped bring a doctor to our hotel and did everything they could to make sure my husband is well taken care of. Because of them my husband recovered so fast. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. "Great place to stay for families, excellent facilities and very clean, had no issues and kids loved it. It has all the facilities of a 5 star spa and with authentic experience of a Cave hotel. The restaurant staff were always very helpful and even treated us with a Kunefe. Excellent spa hotel and we will come back if we are in Cappadocia. "Room had no ventilation and a musty smell. It was not properly cleaned. When we checked in the bathroom sink was dirty and full of red hair. There was a used bandaid on the flooor next to my bed. I cleaned these myself with hand sanitiser. The toilet paper ran out and was not refilled. Despite complaints rhat they did not clean the room after our first night, they continued not to service the room. I stripped the beds and our private tour guide called them in but that’s the only day they cleaned the room. The woman, who I believe is the owner, desperately needs training in hospitality. She does not greet people evennat breakfast. No one is ever at the reception desk. They hang out on the roof terrace which is only accessible by several staircases. B/fast was terrible. The tourism bureau in the area should attend and give it a rating. It’s not suitable for anyone who does not speak Turkish. It was a very unplesant experience! Due to the room layout I triped and fell on my knee. I was screaming but it took someone in a neighbouring room to get someone to come and assist me. They did bring me an ice pack as I requested. My knee is still sore several days later."

"On arrival, the host was extremely welcoming and hospitable. He offered us an immediate free upgrade and he showed us the entire property. He also gave us recommendations for local touring and invited us to park in front of his hotel. The property was authentic and lovely a good quiet place just a couple minutes drive from the main city attraction and very affordable for budget conscious people. The breakfast was quality and tasteful, and the service at the restaurant was lovely"

"Staff are nice. Owner responds to messages sent through Expedia very quickly. One major con for this property is its distance from Goreme or Urgup. You need a taxi for everything. "

"The hotel is fine, rooms clean and comfortable. Our booking for two single beds hadn’t been passed to the hotel so we were told we had to have a double. I made it clear this wasn’t acceptable so they separated the beds, meaning a 10 minute wait, but the right result in the end. We needed to leave early for a running event but were told that we couldn’t have breakfast until 0830. It turned out that this was because of another group. The second day, the menemen (eggs dish) had sucuk (sausage) in it. This is NOT normal for menemen. When I explained that we were vegetarian and asked if plain eggs or menemen without sausage was possible I was told no. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable but I get the impression that they deal with group bookings and just fill rooms ad hoc through Hotels.com. They were not interested in accommodating our (not unreasonable) requests. "
