"It's an older property that needs a bit of TLC. The elevator was out of order when we stayed there. Some paint peeling off the walls in the room, sink drained slowly and shower leaked a bit. They definitely need to get new mattresses. Ours was sagging a bit. Still, a nice, quaint little hotel in downtown St. Pete's at a reasonable price."

"Such a unique place with an old time vibe of the 40’s and 50’s. Very helpful, courteous and friendly staff, superb breakfast and comfortable bed! Couldn’t ask for a better stay! "

"Great location and unique hotel! However our room was very very dark and bathroom quite small with no storage, but it is a historic building and everything was clean. Didn’t like that there are no onsite staff past 11 pm. Would stay here again if in St Pete "
