Read on for our detailed description of the property:

This Mediterranean-style townhome truly offers the best of the beach and the bay. The property is water front with absolutely stunning wide water views. Your backyard is the expansive Boca Ciega Bay and just a block away, in less than three minutes, you can walk to the beach with the beautiful white-sands that Redington Shores is famous for. With miles of sprawling beach and away from the large-chain hotels, you and your family will have plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf shore. When you are ready to change the pace, fish from private docks, enjoy water sports on the bay, or just sit back and enjoy the view. The bay is home to Florida's signature water birds and is frequently visited by dolphins. This particular combination of bay-front and beach access is unique to this location and cannot be found anywhere else in this area.

With more privacy than a condo complex, we welcome you to stay with us in comfort . We are continuously updating this town house. Our most recent updates include fresh paint, new curtains, and new high end washer and dryer.

On the third floor, the master bedroom is bay-facing with stunning views and its own private balcony. The master bath has a double vanity with granite countertops. There is a separate walk-in shower and a deep soaking-tub. Storage space is ample with a walk-in closet. Extra privacy is afforded by the landing which separates the master from the other two bedrooms. The washer and dryer are accessible from the landing for ideal convenience. The second bathroom is again finished with granite counter-tops and has a combination shower-bath. The second and third bedrooms face west with a partial ocean view.

The heart of the townhouse is the open layout of the second floor with beautiful bay views from the living room that opens onto the water-front balcony. The space is roomy for families and groups of friends. Guests stay connected with cable and Wifi available throughout the townhome. The formal dining space is complimented by a fully appointed kitchen where entertaining is made easy with a spacious functional layout, granite countertops, and dark hardwood cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a flexible space that can be used for breakfast or additional sleeping space for larger families or groups. There is a bathroom at the end of the kitchen with a shower-bath combination. Flooring is tile throughout the townhouse.

The ground floor features a bonus room and a 2-car garage. Sliding glass doors from the bonus room open up onto the back patio with a gas grill. Two docks are available for guest and resident use. The large bay is perfect for relaxing, fishing and water-sports.

There are several options for food and drinks within walking distance and some great fine dining within a short drive. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a short drive and has something for everyone with restaurants, entertainment, and beach-themed shops. One place that you don't want to miss is practically next door. Wahoo's may not look like much from the outside, but for an authentic fresh-off-the-boat grouper sandwich, this casual local bar is the place to go.

Our family has been welcoming guests to Redington Shores now for almost 40 years. Locals and some long-time return guests may still remember the charm of the old Sinbad Motel owned by our grandparents from the time when going to the beach meant putting a family in the car, stopping at a place that felt right, and enjoying a care-free week at the water. The property was re-imagined as The Emilia Town-homes in 2008. Guests can now experience the best of Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf beaches with over 3000 square feet of Mediterranean-themed space to call (vacation) home.

Not a good experience
When we got there the back sliding glass door was open along with the door that led to garage . I had a spider to fall on my shoulder I knocked off and killed it. Someone ran into the garage door so we had a lot of difficulty getting out of the garage. We texted and called the host got a response but no one came to open the door. My husband and 84 year old father- in- law were finally able to get the garage door open so we could get out. The communication was bad. Sometimes it would take days before I would get a reply back The home was cleaned out from hurricane helene but still had a musty smell. This was the worse experience with vrbo rental I've had since we've been renting our vacation home from y'all.

This townhome is right on the bay. We saw dolphins and manatees from our balcony. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach access. Lots of restaurants nearby nad a trolley stop right out front for trips to clearwater beach or Johns Pass.

Nice place, great location,minor issues.
Good location. Lots of space for 3 couples. Deck over looking the water was nice. Short walk to beach. Had a problem with insects in one of the bedrooms. Had to wash the bedding including the bed skirt to get rid of them. Fortunately this worked as exterminators could not come for a week. Lost a day on the beach cleaning the room. The owners were a little slow responding to communication but they did address the issues. The fish store next door was using a power washer to clean traps all day long so it was noisey sitting on the deck during the day. May have been the time of the year to do so. Owners have no control over this. Dispite these issues I would consider staying here again.

Spring Break
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful townhome! The location was great- across the street and one block to beach access. Also close and walkable to some great restaurants and ice cream shops! We loved Seabreeze and of course Wahoos! The view of the bay was amazing/ we saw many different birds and dolphins almost every morning. Plenty of towels for in unit use, as well as kitchen items. Although we knew ahead of time that there were no beach towels and probably no beach items for use, this was still a bummer. Flying in you can’t really bring those things. We did bring a beach blanket and beach towels- needed an extra suitcase. We bought 4 beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella at Walmart. The wagon at the house was rusty but usable. Instead of leaving all of the things or throwing them away, we ended up giving the items we purchased to renters staying in the unit next to us to use. They said they would pay it forward as well. Overall we liked the townhome very much, beds were ok, showers all good, and we loved the location! Great week of relaxing and making memories with our family!

Excellent View & Accommodations
Excellent property and location. Clean and pictures on Vrbo accurate. View of the bay off lanai was perfect and full of wild life. Only drawback was the amount of steps every day - about 20 from garage level to living room and another 25 from living room to bedrooms. Elevator in condo but not accessible by renters. Also, condo is dog friendly but city is not.

Nice
We enjoyed the house very much. Could use a vacuum on location as we had to clean before leaving and brooming the whole house was a lot. Unsure if cleaning fee inclusion means we have to clean before we left as well. The price seemed decent at first but noticed the neighbours were paying less. All in all though great place, great location.

Truly the best of beach and the bay
We are a blended family and this was our first vacation with all our kids and grandkids. The townhome was perfect for as many people as we had staying. Beach access was directly across the street. The beach community at Redington Shores is quiet and the beach wasn’t packed with too many people. We were able to fish from the backyard in the bay and watched a family of dolphins every morning come close to the docks. Only thing I’d really change is have curtains or long blinds for the living room. It could be really bright during the morning. Overall, it was a great place for vacation. We’d stay again.

Nice property
This was a nice property and had plenty of room for our family of 6. No garage door opener was a bit of an inconvenience as someone had to always get out and go in to open the door. The 74 minimum temp on the air conditioner was not cool enough for upstairs bedrooms.

Bay views and easy beach access
Super spacious townhome, clean and wonderfully located. Short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. Gorgeous views of the bay from the balconies. Plenty of seating in the living and dining room for a big group. Only dings....beds are soft, kitchen Teflon pans are pretty worn. On the plus side, lots of beach equipment left by others even though rental agreement does not guarantee this. We'd definitely book again!

Beautiful water views
Lovely location on the bay plus fresh fish market right next door. $3 margaritas at Seabreeze next door was also great. Many restaurants/bars are walkable. Trolley to John's Pass was an affordable way to get there. Short drive to Clearwater & St. Pete's. Lots of room with 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Saw lots of birds in the backyard & an occasional dolphin! Updating is getting there - the shower grout could use a good scrubbing & balconies need some work but overall clean & spacious.

A lovely big townhouse in a perfect location.
Although this is a lovely large property in a great location, it is in need of some maintenance inside. Kitchen ware & crockery needs replacing/undating as some of it was cracked & chipped. Rollers on main French doors need replacing as they are very difficult to open and close and they also don't lock properly.

Spacious Townhouse in Excellent Location
We loved how roomy this beautiful townhouse is! It was super clean which we really appreciated including the spotless kitchen and floors. There are white tile floors throughout which feel great in the warm weather and are very easy to clean. The large kitchen and bathrooms all have granite counters. The master bath has a large soaking tub and there is so much space. The laundry room, linen closet and master bedroom walk in closet are all large with tons of shelf space. There is a lot of light on this end unit and I never got tired of walking down the stairs to the living room and seeing the water. The townhouse's back yard ends at the bulkhead of the Boca Ciega Bay with open, tranquil water views. It's so relaxing to watch the pelicans resting on the pilings out back and dolphins swimming very close to the house. There were new white towels in the bathroom which was appreciated. The beach is a short walk (just a couple of minutes), and there are beach access paths in between every 2-4 houses it seems. If you walk directly across the street from the townhouse and a block towards the water., you'll find a path straight ahead. We loved being able to travel with our dog who discovered lizards outside in the gardens for the first time. (She wasn't too sure about those.) This is a great location to everything in the area. The Florida Botanical Gardens are 10 minutes away, and Johns Pass is about the same distance. There is a Winn Dixie about 5 min. down the road in Madeira and lots of restaurants with take-out options. I love that this beach was wide, gorgeous and not crowded. This area has more of a relaxed, residential feel rather than a crowded hotel zone. If you cross the street out front, you'll find a quiet neighborhood on the other side to walk the dogs. We would love to stay here again!

Didn’t meet expectations
This is my second time staying in these townhomes the first time was a different unit but this time I was disappointed. This unit has great potential and in a great location, we love being on the intercostal because my husband likes to fish. I have to say with this townhome it definitely needs some upgrading and better cleaning. To start the mattress in one of the spare bedrooms is on the floor you literally sink into it when you sit on it , the rooms get very hot we had to use a portable fan to help cool it along with the ceiling fan. The hall shower was so clogged I had to find something to pull out a huge glob of hair that I could’ve made a wig with, one set of sheets were stained with blood and another one had a yellow stain that look like pee. The remote in the master bedroom did not work we had to use the one from the TV downstairs The couches were kind of gross I’m not big on cloth couches especially in a rental and at the beach they are very worn throw pillows was torn , The downstairs outside room whoever stayed there before us left fishing poles so it smelled like dead bait, my husband had to scrub the grill when he went to use it because freeze was caked up on it and on the concrete outside I don’t think it has ever been cleaned . The front porch light was out . This is what I can remember off the top of my head . In closing this place has great potential but for the money you spend to stay here they do need to make it cleaner and fix the above issues. . .

Loved distance to beach and restaurants
A group of 5 of us stayed for a long weekend. The positives were definitely being a short walk to a really nice beach. Also, there were plenty of nice restaurants headlined by Sea Breeze and the Burrito Social. The area its self seems like it was in a transition state. There were some super nice establishments and then others that were run down including a sketchy looking seven eleven store. The only flaws in the place itself was that the downstairs bathroom lacked water pressure in the shower and toilet. Additionally the cots were very uncomfortable. The couch was a better option. Overall, it is a legit 4 star place and would recommend for a time on the beach and a night in Tampa.

Great vacation stay!
My group of friends and family, six in all, really enjoyed this property! The rooms were big, living room space and dining space just right and the grill and patios were where we spent most of our time. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is the right amount of pots, pans and other needed items. We saw dolphins, rays and lots of other wildlife on the bay side and really enjoyed grilling every night, there are tools in the basement which was wonderful. Walking to the beach was super easy and convenient as there are beach toys and tools others have left behind including a wagon, chairs and umbrella. The beach was fantastic, so beautiful and not a lot of people! We ate at The Sea Breeze, Wahoos and Kenny's Korner Cafe. Sea breeze was our favorite. Our few comments about the property would be, offering early check-in if the property is ready, we asked a week in advance for a 2pm check in and were told no and considering a different cooling pattern for the air conditioner. It was a meat locker at night, and a sauna in the morning, so regulating the temperature was hard. Besides that this a great property and we would utilize again!!

Something for everyone. Family loves fishing and going to the beach. Best of both worlds with canal on one side and beach on the other. Beautiful views. House is very nice but needs a few repairs and updates. Balcony doors off the living room are very tough to open. View is worth the struggle though. We saw dolphins daily out our back door.
