Peace and quiet
Being from the area originally i expected more traffix noises at night ect. I was sitting outside one night and realized it was silent. Taking the trash out one night the neighbors dog started barking but quickly stopped. I had my sister amd her family over one night for dinner and pool and it was nice to be able to not have to go anywhere we had everything we needed. Great property! Would love to stay again

Comfortable house convenient location
If you're able-bodied this is the perfect place to stay. Clean, convenient location, responsive management. We had TV issues which pretty much got resolved within an hour. Nice layout with fun stuff to do it it rains. (Only rained one day while we were there for the week). Only caution would be somewhat hazardous floors due to layout of floors of house which have some odd transitions in several places that can catch you by surprise, so wouldn't recommend for elderly. Other than that... perfect place with gracious hosts!

It was a very relaxing time away from home. The pool table was a very nice bonus. The hot tub was amazing. The house has everything you need. Just one thing be careful with the one step entering the kitchen and definitely leave the led lights on, very helpful.

Family Vacation
Took a family vacation with my family (husband, 2 adult sons and soon to be daughter in law) I’ve visited the area before- the rest of the family has not. The house was everything we wanted it to be and had additional amenities you don’t usually get (beach chairs and a beach cart!!). Center ally located to everything we wanted to do in the area. A couple of minor hiccups which were not the fault of the host or us (previous guests caused the problem) but the host handled it quickly. I would highly recommend this house - especially for a family with teenagers or adult children.

This home was perfect! It keeps everyone entertained and happy. We have children ages 12-18. The pool is the perfect size and the hot tub is a bonus. This house has everything you need for your stay and your day at the beach! You will not be disappointed!

Within 15 minutes to 3 different beaches. There is everything you need at the house. Beach and pool accesories and games available. Grocery and pharmacy close by. Everyone enjoyed it.

Perfect place to stay
We loved staying here! It was only about a 15 minute to the beach (only that long because of traffic which is a given and we didn’t mind). The neighborhood was nice and so quiet. Wr enjoyed the hot tub and pool and loved that there was anything you could think of for your trip to the beach like a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and toys. We played board games and cards every day on the lanai that were also provided. We didn’t have any issues while there but when I communicated with Kim, she was quick to respond. Great place to stay with a family, we are looking forward to coming back already.
