Welcome to our bright, waterfront apartment at Tropical Breeze Motel. Bask in splendid sea views through ample windows and enjoy the mid-century charm of authentic terrazzo flooring. Relax in either the plush King bed or Full bed, unwind before the 65-inch TV, and whip up snacks in the handy kitchenette. Complete with a modern, comfortable bathroom, this space is a harmonious blend of luxury, comfort, and style.

Please keep the noise down after 10:00 p.m.
The pool closes at 10:00 p.m.
Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room.
Please wash all dishes before checking out, do not leave any food, and take the trash to the dumpster.

Not allowed:
- Smoking in the room (including cannabis) $250 cleaning fee will be applied
- Unregistered guests
- Loudspeakers at the pool

We do not have a front desk. For record purposes, we communicate through Airbnb messages only. In case of emergencies, you can contact us by phone.

Check-in time is at or after 3 p.m. Check-out is at or before 10 a.m.

There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels, and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping is available. Please message us about additional housekeeping in advance.

Double-check your dates and the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this Airbnb, you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or the reservation.

Do not flush ANYTHING except for TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash will clog the pipes. If you clog the toilet, we will charge you a plumbing fee. The plumbing fee starts at $300

The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property.

Smoking is prohibited (even if it's medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property.

You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you have a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days.

You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it.

Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded.

You must be 21 or older to book the rental.

Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items.

Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it or replace it before the next check-in. Most of the time, there won't be any consequence if you inform us about it.

Please do not take anything with you from the rental that doesn't belong to you. We could consider it theft, and we could involve law enforcement.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left at the bag storage. Please leave your belongings at your own risk.

Please log out of any subscriptions on the TVs. We are not responsible for any charges to your account and won't be able to log you out. You may change your password to do it remotely.
