"This was a last minute booking and I wish I’d arranged to stay longer. It was so comfortable and I was well looked after. Extra touches like quality towels, home made preserves and shortbread. I don’t think it will be long till I return. The walks on the beach and the wonderful shower in my room were brilliant. Thank you so much!"

"The spindrift guest house is excellent you get met at the door by the hosts Mark and Jeni, who make you feel so welcome like your part of the family. They show you around the breakfast room and the lounge . The rooms are big and comfy thw whole place is spotless. Breakfast is amazing and you pick what you want from a changing menu daily which is finished off with homade loaf from Jeni we had banana loaf this morning which was still warm. "Very nice cabin in the country and the hot tub was amazing. We did a lot of cooking in the cabin. Very beautiful and the owner was super nice and friendly. When we come back to Scotland we will definitely stay here again. "

"It's a student hall of residence so amenities and decor are very basic as expected, but you can't complain for the price, especially in the centre of St. Andrews in high season! A bargain really. Minor gripes - the shared bathroom(s) have very loud electric hand dryers that sound like a vacuum cleaner and can be heard several rooms away.. The lights in the corridors and bathrooms are extremely bright, in the blueish spectrum and permanently on, so not conducive to maintaining melatonin levels if...

"As the description notes, an idyllic cottage in excellent condition, with wonderful sea views. Perfect for a quiet stay away to read by the sea and/or enjoy the coastal walks to take in the beautiful villages in this area. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be back soon! "

"We had an amazing break initially going just to relax and enjoy some jacuzzi pool time but instead from the first minute finding a welcoming professional but family feel. The room was spotless and welcoming all newly refurbished only one thing I’d ask for was a couple of shelf’s up to put clothes on otherwise nothing else was missed. Other half who is a clean freak was really impressed especially by how clean the mirrors were not one streak on them something that is nothing to others but made his dayx the pool was lovely and just perfect the spa amazing and relaxing the sauna was offt roasting (the point I believe) all again spotless I waved to the gym on the way past 😂 looked good had few people working away in it. The bar was spotless plenty of seating for everyone comfy seats included an amazing display of cakes and pies xx down to how closely the owners and staff of the bar kitchen and event/function suit are working hard together to get everything up and running was amazing the passion in everyone involved was amazing unfortunately the kitchen wasn’t open for hot food as yet they are working really hard to have it opened for this Sunday (Mothers Day) which we are hoping to return to support and enjoy with them we also are hoping to have a weekend a month break. A friendly place with so much to come watch this space. Can’t wish them enough good luck that they deserve "
