"Another brilliant YHA offering great value for money. I stayed in a private room that had a fantastic sea view and everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the optional breakfast is worth it and has a lot of choice. Location is at the top of a steep hill but only a 5 minute walk to the harbour. "

We had book a hotel in st ives and it was confirmed but when we reach there the hotel owner said it was cancelled weeks ago and hotels.com still confirmed our booking. When I asked for refund they said I haves to book new hotel through them or I don’t get a refund. "Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property."
