"Booked a deluxe room which was lovely! Clean, well equipped, view over gardens, coffee making machine, bathrobes, all very nice! Food was excellent, really enjoyed the venison and fish and chips. Hot and well presented. The general areas need some TLC, which lets it down. The chairs in reception need replacing, very shabby! If there is no money to replace, at least get them cleaned. Not a good first impression for a rather lovely, quaint hotel."
