Great location for concert at Stifel Theater which is a few blocks away. Everything was great except check was at 4pm but our room was not ready for 5:30pm.

Bad neighborhood. Unwashed blood stain on bed sheet. Sliding bathroom door difficult to close. Closet is open. Thin walls so that neighbors music could be heard at 1 AM. Two out of three elevators were not working when we arrived.
