"Anderson picked me up from the airport, and showed me around as we went to the apartment. It’s a cosy clean apartment and well equipped, everything worked. I found it easy to travel, the ZR transport vans pick you up from the end of the road. By the end of my stay they all knew me. Everyone was helpful and l felt safe everywhere l went. Anderson had explained the different types of transport and cost which was great. Great place to stay as a solo traveller."

"I would recommend this property to others. It is in a great location that is right on the Bus line. The Beach is a less than a 10 minute walk away. Easy walk to the Oistins - for local eateries right on the beach & for the Friday night fish fry. Greg was a great host. He was easy to reach and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze. "

"House was lovely, location is far from town but I enjoy the peace and tranquility. Very lovely home with lots of areas to relax and unwind. Lovely back garden to relax in the shade with beautiful lightening. I would definitely recommend this property and would use again should I visit."

"This was a very spacious and beautiful villa! We rented both houses and cabin so we had the entire property to ourselves. However, there were baby frogs, millipedes, and small lizards everywhere, mostly outside but some in the common areas and in some of the rooms. Maybe it was just that time of year for them but kinda creepy/yucky. The views were beautiful and I liked being away from the tourist areas and secluded. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage, 100% as per pictures and description. Very good communication with the agency prior arrival, the beach is stunning and sunsets amazing. "Sarah described it best as a “diamond in the rough”. What an amazing little corner of residential cottages/houses. A beautiful quiet beach on the West side of Barbados. All the amenities we needed. All appliances worked well. Sarah was in touch to update us. It was nice to have two full bathrooms. I appreciate the little touches. I will miss my morning view with my coffee and mostly the evening sunsets and watching the hummingbirds. Thank-you Sarah for the great stay!"

"We recently spent Feb 8-17 at the Belvedere. Dario(concierge) and Brian (owner) were there to greet us on arrival and give us a lay of the land. "Lovely townhouse seems newly remodeled, looks just like the pics. A quick walk up the street to bus, walking to Dover beach was a little confusing but took the bus down to oistins. Safe and comfortable. Host was great and went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again"
