"We enjoyed our stay. The house has a lot of space, is very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Host is great! It was furnished very well. This was fine for us, but it’s about a 25 minute drive south to get to Kansas City. No problem if you plan your day well. "

"The home was exactly as described and then some. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay and the hosts were very accommodating when we had a slight hiccup getting the keypad to work upon check in. The house was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, that water pressure was excellent and the kitchen was well appointed. Highly recommend for everything from a couples getaway to a small family reunion."

"My 6 sisters and I brought our mother to celebrate a landmark birthday for her--the home was so clean! Mom loved the view of the river on all three levels of the house. The beds were so comfortable. We loved the cute artwork in the bathrooms especially. Our only problem was the gnats--they were in the upstairs bathroom every night, and there were wasps on the main deck. One of our party is very scared of wasps, so that was a turn off for her. But our stay was lovely--we were so impressed...

"Its was a very peaceful location. Great fishing and firepit nights with s'mores. Porch swing, tether ball, frisbee golf and more. 3 generations having fun together. Close to town if you forgot something. The house was large enough for us, with room to spare. Andy is a great communicator, and responds promptly"

"We chose this property for both the location and also for the space to use for a mini quilt retreat - it was absolutely perfect! Nice and close to MSQC but also close to other towns and Kansas City. The adjustable tables were excellent and the design walls were a bonus! House was clean, beds were very comfortable and the host was great to deal with! Will definitely recommend this house to others!!"

"The view of the river was wonderful. The fire pit with wood was really great! This is a duplex and we were on the side closest to the parking. The people staying on the other side had to walk back and forth in front of our windows or behind us if we were sitting outside. That was very awkward. Owner was not flexible about arrival and departure times. "
