"We hosted a family reunion at 4 Park Place of about 20 people who were gathering for a relative’s 100th birthday. It was an ideal setting — magnificent high-ceilinged rooms, comfortable furniture, modern kitchen, lots of room for multiple conversations throughout the day and evening. There were also excellent accommodations for a couple, two teenagers, and another adult. And the central location near Bannerman Park was highly convenient. Strongly recommended for large family events."

"We had a fantastic time at this place. There was 4 of us staying there. Plenty of room and very cozy. Close to everything downtown we were able to walk around and see the sights. I had my girlfriend and daughter from Ontario with me, there first time in Newfoundland we really enjoyed ourselves. "We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday...
