"We came for an ice fishing trip on Peach Lake. The property was very nice. I imagine it would be a very nice place in the summer. Host was very responsive with my questions/requests. Would recommend for a small group or family. "

"My husband and I visited on 8/28-9/2/2024. Pete and family were so welcoming and kind. They were up for the Labor Day weekend next door.The home has 3 bedrooms top floor, (King, double and bunk room w/ 2 double bottom bunk beds w/single top beds), 1 bath (with bathtub, shower, double sinks), living room w/ large smart tv, (this is the1 steaming tv in home), full kitchen, table for 4, washer/dryer on main floor. HUGE deck off kitchen w/tons of seating overlooking an amazing view of Lake Ogemaw...

"We had an amazing time staying at the property and can’t wait to return!! The property is beautiful, and gives off a relaxing New England feel. The owners have all the best of the things you always forget! There was chalk, toys, seasoning, tea, cold water bottles and mini chocolate (which won the toddler over instantly!!) They equipped the place with s’mores supplies to go with the fire pit. We relaxed instantly and loved every minute of our visit. "

"We loved our stay and we hope to make this an annual trip. My partner has been telling me for years that Higgins lake is the best lake and I can say she wasn’t wrong. The proximity to the North Park is great and makes up for the lack of lake access from the property. The property owner was great to communicate with and was understanding when I had to message him we set the smoke alarm off making dinner. Overall a really great experience."

"Beautiful refurbished cottage. Oak flooring was easy to clean and maintain. Perfect dwelling on the water for a family with children. Sandy shallow (0'-2') of water for several 100 feet from shore until deeper water. "

"It was a very nice home that was perfect for what we needed. The beach that is a walk within 5 minutes, is absolutely beautiful and very clean and perfect for kids to swim. The amenities at the house were great. 2 very nice bikes, nice grill and a cool cooler/ beach stroller that carried everything. The only negative is older furniture in living room and no air when listing said it had. Very nice home with great location for water fun. Would recommend this place to anyone."
