"Everything about this property exceeded any expectation I had. The view- the land/rockscaping that takes you down to the river is just beautiful. The river is so close to the house the views are stunning every direction you look. There is a “patio” area that is literally on the river with comfortable furniture and is covered and dry even when it rained. The house is immaculate, clean and so comfortable. "Not only is the host a great communicator but the property was just the same as the description. It was very clean, comfortable, and in a comfortable location. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to be close the Higgins lake or close for fishing on the au sable river. Definitely would stay again! 10/10!"

"This house was perfect for us and our dog. They’ve thought of everything lots of extras provided. Coffee, laundry soap, spices for cooking. Very easy, check-in process we really loved our stay and will definitely be back and recommend to others."

"Great place ! It was clean and had everything we needed. Host is wonderful! We went for a family reunion and didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were busy and it was a short trip . Would definitely stay there again and for a longer stay:) We had some warm nights and it was kind of steamy so I would suggest another ‘window shaker’ AC . They have one but it’s a big space to cover . It was ok with the fans they have . Summer in beautiful Michigan ! 💞"

"If you are looking to getaway and be secluded and make some memories with your family this is definitely the place to go! Short drive to Higgins lake and close enough to town if you wanna order food. Definitely recommend and will be booking again."
