"The Villa was huge with an amazing pool and gardens. It had everything we needed and the host Rick was on hand whenever we needed anything. Location is perfect but you would benefit from a car. There was a booking error which meant we couldn’t get in until 7pm but Rick sorted a rental car for us so we could keep our selves busy while the team sorted the house. The pool was amazing and regularly cleaned and the area is quiet. We will definitely go back and Rick is a top guy. "

"I rented this property for my wife and I to get together with our two sons and their families. A week before our rental I had emergency eye surgery so my wife and I were unable to go. This review is based on the comments from our sons. Their families thoroughly enjoyed the property and the beach, our grandchildren spent most days in the pool or sea. "My wife and I are just back from at week at Mahogany Pod. It sits directly on Paynes Bay with steps down to a beautiful beach. The house is immaculate and beautifully furnished. It has every amenity you could wish for. "We throughly enjoyed our week in Turtle Bottom! The bedrooms were beautiful, each had doors with access to the patio and the beach, the beds were very comfortable. Each had its own separate bathroom and the showers were wonderful. the kitchen was modern and well stocked with pan, pots, plates utensils and everything needed for cookling and baking. "After we put away all the knick knacks, made room in our closets and wardrobes and rearranged the kitchen, we were good to go. The gardener and pool guy came at the same time so we had a pool full of grass for a few days. We loved the place so gave it some love."

"We recently celebrated our 25th anniversary at the Soco Hotel and it was amazing. We had such a great time, it was peaceful and relaxing just what we needed. The guest were mostly older/retired but everyonewas very nice, we are in our mid 40s. If you are looking for a party scene this is not the place. The hotel was in a central location, the room was large with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The beach was rocky, definitely bring water shoes. Chairs and umbrella were provided which was great. There is also a boardwalk that connects the hotel to a lot of local restaurants on the stretch along the ocean. The public beach was only 5 min drive away and free to get in and free parking. If you wanted loungers and an umbrella it was $20 for the day. The receptionist Shaniqua and Ms. Linda at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Ms. Judith our housekeeper that surprised us by decorating our room and was just so kind in making sure we were taken care of. A special thanks to our bartenders Shane and Michelle who were both wonderful and made the best Bajan rum punch ever ank kept the liquor flowing. Thanks to all the hotess/waitresses that served us as well and made us feel special. Cons: Rocky Beach Plus: All meals were made to order and wonderful staff. "

"The entire staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful. Always pleasant and friendly. Property was a good size. Food options were very good. Only downside was the surf was pretty rough for most of the week."
