Mountain View, Bright & Cheery Condo in Sports Village

This quiet condo is located in Sports Village Resort, 860 S Village Road, Saint George, UT, 84770. Located on the main level with easy access parking right outside your door. It is a quiet corner unit with nobody above you and includes a private balcony with a great view as well. The kitchen has new appliances including Flat top stove, Refrigerator and dishwasher for your private cooking experience. Kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc. are supplied. Pool towels are also supplied for use in clubhouse. You also have private access to a new washer/dryer located in closet on deck for your convenience.

The view from the bedroom balcony is private and gorgeous with a breathtaking view of Pine Mountain. You'll have a queen size bed and a comfortable sofa with pull out memory foam queen size sleeper. There are extra sheets & blankets provided for the sofa bed. High speed wireless internet is provided along with a 50" 4K Smart TV in Living room as well as a 27" wall mounted TV in Bedroom with Hulu live on both. All included at no additional cost streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment.

There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check-in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival. You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get way more. Resort amenities include:
-2 Large Pools (one 18+ pool and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi - open year round
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

We enjoyed our short 3-night stay at this condo in St George. Well equipped and clean, a nice balcony with a view of the hills in the distance. Enjoyed some beautiful hiking trails in the area and it was nice to have the swimming pools at the complex to cool off afterwards. Overall I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We love Sports Village and try to stay here every time we're in St. George. We loved our stay at this property. It was a perfect fit for our family and the view off the balcony is always great! No issues with the condo and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and checkout was a breeze. We would stay again!

Manager easily contacted & quick to reply to lock system which only needed a fresh battery. The condo is tiny and generally dated. Comfortable bed. Location with quick access to freeway for golf in three different locations.

Cozy Apartment
Clean and well maintained. Well furnished and stocked with an abundance of kitchen dishes and utensils. Bed was comfortable. Small sitting deck was great for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The pool and sport activities were well maintained and easily accessible right across the street. Plenty of convenient parking right outside unit. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Perfect Adventure Base
Delightful, clean, cozy condo. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, easy parking and storage, and unbeatable location. May and Don were always available but never intrusive hosts. Perfect base for exploration of city bike trails, mountain bike trails, hiking all the local trails, enjoying tuachan and farmer’s market, and easy day trips to national parks.

Wonderful Find in St. George
We travelled from Vegas to St. George for a weekend of fishing. The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, easy check in and out the location was close to Pine Valley where we fished. Our only regret was we didn’t have enough time to use all the recreational amenities offered at the condo complex. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Utah!
