"Even though the traffic from the road was very noisy, at times, the poolside area was very peaceful! For those of us who wake-up at 5:00 a.m., TOTT needs to have a self-serve coffee station in the lobby, AND/OR have a coffee maker in the room! The early morning, 'no-coffee' situation was VERY disappointing. I saw that staff had prepared, a few times, morning coffee for the ship workers who stayed at TOTT and left at 6:00 a.m. I don't think it would be difficult to offer early-morning coffee...

"I arrived at check in time of 4pm and was not able to check in because the manager was not there. She showed up 45 minutes later. Check in was OK. I asked about the time for the free continental breakfast the details showed. She claims because it wasn't on the confirmation of the reservation, she was not going to honor it.
