A studio style, cozy, one floor cottage with a gas fireplace warming the living room, leading to a private outdoor patio, newly upgraded with 4 muskoka chairs surrounding a wood burning fire pit with a view of the tennis court. The cottage is on wine route, bike route, close to the city, & the new hospital but in the country. Very Private. Queen size bed. Newly renovated bathroom with large shower. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, and of course... wine glasses. Easy access to the highway, Niagara on the Lake & Niagara Falls tourist destination. A 2 minute drive to many wineries and restaurants. Amble parking.

Second stay was a good as the first
We really enjoyed the property. It's adorable and has has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable, you don't want to get up in the morning! The only downside was there was alot of small spiders and spider webs inside of the cottage.

Excellent accommodation, everything you may need is within a 5 minute drive yet you're staying in the country. Family hosts were perfect and there is a lot of information about the area in the cabin.

The cottage was a perfect place to get away yet close to great attractions!
We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! It was private, quiet and the perfect place to unwind after a day of activities. Perfect for two people and fully appointed; it is also very clean and tastefully decorated. The host was so welcoming and easy to work with. She even stocked us with coffee! We highly recommend this rental!!

We enjoyed our stay here for three nights. Very close to Stonewall Estates where we attended a wedding. The property provided everything we needed. Other than the fact that it felt a little “worn” I would recommend it.

Nice getaway close to St. Catharines
It's a really nice, private, little cottage just outside the west side of St. Catharines in the country. The cottage was clean, there was ample parking out front and we found it exactly as listed. It's the perfect getaway for an anniversary celebration in the Niagara region.

Niagara Falls Visit
Great little cottage in a perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. Linda was an excellent host, she was there to answer questions otherwise left us to enjoy the cottage. Highly recommend this rental!!

30th Wedding Anniversary
My husband and I wanted a little spot to rest while visiting all of the beautiful places around the area. This little place was the perfect size for our needs. It was pretty cold, so we weren't able to enjoy the lovely firepit or the grill outside, but we enjoyed the cozy indoor fireplace and sitting in front of it in the evenings while we unwound from a day of adventure. Would highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed our stay at Oak Lane Cottage very much!
The accommodations were very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was so comfortable, great sleeping. We really liked being out in the country, nestled within the beautiful vineyards. Even though the owners live next door, they respected our privacy. Linda Bouw was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on things to do in the area. Loved the beautiful bouquet of lillies that she had for us when we arrived!

This was a cute, off the beaten track, place to stay. Close to Niagara Falls, and wine country. Small boutique shops and farm stands everywhere so we were able to buy fresh produce, and local meats, cheese and wine to enjoy on the patio. A full kitchen was available on our rainy day, and a bbq when it was sunny. The only thing i would change, is to make one area of the fence a bit more private. Great stay, wonderful owners ready to help in minutes. Will definitely be back!

Perfect little cottage
This was a great stay in a great little cottage. Short list: The area feels quiet, but is so very close to everything. You can see the TV from the couch, bed and kitchen. You can control the interior temperature. The bed is comfy, the couch is comfy, the hot water is instant, the internet is fast. The cottage shares a driveway with another house, which surprised me when I arrived, but please don't worry, the cottage has privacy. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. I would 100% stay here again.

Home Away From Home
From my first interaction with the host, Linda, I knew this vacation would be everything we needed. The check in process was seamless, the cottage is just so cozy and well stocked. It’s quiet and comfy. Miss. Linda is very communicative and considerate providing the necessary information up front, responsive and she was beyond accommodating for us. We are planning to return. We are grateful to her for her hospitality.

WONDERFUL LITTLE STAY HERE!
Can't stay enough great things about this property. Ideal location, JUST off the beaten path in the peace and quiet but a 5-min to restaurants, groceries and everything you might need. Even within walking distance of the 13st Street Winery! The little cottage is absolutely perfect for 2, cozy, tastefully decorated, spotless and perfectly equipped. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Linda was extremely responsive and eager to offer suggestions. This rental EXCEEDS expectations and is even better than the pic's suggest, we will coming back and staying here again at least a couple of times a year from now on. Thank you Linda! : )

Relaxing weekend
We had a fabulous time at the property. The first night we did hear some of the 'bird cannons' that the vineyards use, but it was not as noticeable after, I guess we were used to it and it was more of a 'distant' sound. Linda was great to deal with and provided us with additional supplies as needed. Her recommendations for dining and visiting were great. We tried a couple of the places and were not disappointed. Location was great as it was close to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls without the multitude of tourists. Thanks for a great stay.

Misleading outdoor pictures
Pictures of the outdoor are misleading. The garden showed in the pictures is just weeds now. There isn't an umbrella. There's no comfy furniture. There were some kind of detonations around; we have no idea what was that. Indoor pictures correspond to the truth. Linda gave us good information about places to go.
