• This is our home, where we live with our children. Please respect our property and belongings during your stay
• Guests accept full responsibility for any and all damage caused to the home, contents, and property during the rental period
• Guests accept full responsibility for ALL accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property. Occupants are responsible for the safety and security of all persons, including children, both inside and outside the home, at all times, during the rental period
• The beach, lake, patios, hot tub, fire pit, and bikes are used at own risk. ALL guests assume the risk of any harm arising from the use of these or any other property-related items
• Gatherings and parties are NOT permitted, under any circumstance
• Noise and public nuisance by-laws require quiet from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Occupants must respect neighbors at all times
• Guests not included in the booking agreement are NOT allowed on the property
• Smoking of any kind is NOT permitted ANYWHERE on the property
• Guests are responsible for following all city laws and regulations
• There is no daily housekeeping service. Laundered linens and bath towels are provided, along with laundry facilities, but daily maid service is NOT provided. We have a local maid service should additional housekeeping be desired, at an additional fee
• Guests must bring beach towels and beach accessories. Bath towels and linens are NOT to be removed from the house
• Weather and nature cannot be controlled, including beach conditions
• Driveway parking for two cars, maximum three cars when using the garage
• Not suitable for pets
• Primary guests must be over 25 years of age
• Reservations are NOT transferable. Only registered guests may stay
• 100% refund for cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 60 to 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in
• Damage deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the property. We reserve the right to bill guests for damaged or missing items. If extra cleaning—over and above what would be considered normal wear and tear—is required, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
